The buyer DID NOT read the description of the item nor did they look at all the photos of the item. The item was shipped to the buyer exactly like the listing depicted it. The abrasion/mark was depicted in the photos. They were sold as used and not brand new- hence the price. I have been selling on eBay for over 14 years with 100% feedback always. It saddens me when a buyer is irresponsible and blames the seller for their mistake/overlook.
