I love almost everything about this item. The only issue is that I cannot get the stand to hold any adjustments. It does have an inner post that can be raised by loosening the screw but when I tighten it, the pole slips down. The mic looks great, though, and I will likely find a work-around to hold any height adjustments (black electric tape?).
