Purchased this for a customer, it came in with a broken screw , and was defective , as my customer is an alarm installer and knows what he is doing..This seller refused to refund saying , it was not in working condition, even though the description vlearly says " It is in working condtion:..Ebay also did not help me with the refund , which was very disappointing..DO NOT BUY from this seller..VERY BAD customer service.... FFFFFFF

Negative, this story is incorrect. You did not do your due diligence and tried to get us to pay for it. The photo clearly shows that one of the screws was broken but still usable. Your customer did “who knows what” and sent it back dismantled in multiple pieces. This is not the condition it was sent in. Holding us responsible for something your customer did is not an ethical way to do business. We had to get eBay involved, you see the outcome. Recommend avoiding this person/business.

Incorrect..The screw was broken in the original pic, and broken in my picture..Not sure what this guy is trying to say, but is not true..Thanks to Ebay for doing nothing !!
