Item was shipped on time. Item was in a beat up box, but the product was in fine shape. The cover of the hose compartment was already tearing at the seam but that's a weakness of the Item, it happened on our old one. The price was great. Great experience.

Item described as NEW but received item looks like RETURNED ITEM. The original box has lots of torn and wrapped in brown shipping tape everywhere also there were shipping label with third person's Name, Address and item number under the wrapped tape.
The item seems like has no damaged but not sure because we are not using it.
