Item received was new as advertised and arrived early so good job Rolling-Cycle. Setup was easy, the lever action is light, and little pressure is needed to drop the seat = perfect. I got this for my kid, it's his 1st dropper installed in a GT we got from a major sporting goods store. The frame has a 27.2 seat post so options are limited and this is the best we found, especially for such a fair price. Wish it had 10mm more drop but it's still good. Hopefully it will hold up for a year or two.
