After a couple of back-and-forths, they said that they would contact Milwaukee and have one shipped to me. Couldn't wait so ordered one on Amazon and had it the next day! We'll see if I ever get the one that should've been on the caulk gun in the first place! I gave this "2" stars because at least the item came, though very poorly packaged!
