Package wasn't dispatched for a while, and the product had some minor dirt and adhesive on that could've been cleaned, and the product required me to manually perform a factory reset. However, the product was delivered with all of the mounts, the original instructions pamphlet, and in its original box, which was much appreciated. For a used item, not so bad!
