In contrary to most reviews here, I didn’t experience the seller being very responsive; the seller did not even answer the questions I specifically asked but because I’m very interested with the bag I just went ahead and purchased it and just planned to return if it didn’t meet my expectations. But the bag arrived earlier and is in better condition than described. So I am very pleased and happy. Overall a good experience. So will purchase again from Allu Japan next time.
