      This a very small pillow, not even mat. When you receive it you find out the item is totally useless.The trader is refusing to refund this garbage or do any steps forward to cooperate. No answer or any form of contact. Beware this crook.

      Disingenuous assertions. This buyer wanted to return because, as they messaged verbatim in their return request, "This pad is too small. It even doesn t cover the whole back, only middle. It is a scam to sell it by price of the long one." Our listing clearly states that the product is a FOOT mat. The MSRP of this FOOT mat is $35, while our listing for this FOOT mat is $18. The buyer may purchase a larger mat meant for their BACK for $80 MSRP, or $38 on our eBay store, if they wish.
