    Item arrived promptly, with instructions which implied that some users may think that this item does not function properly, but if installed correctly, then it will work. I installed the unit as per instruction, but still have to adjust the lever for actuating the microswitch by bending its lip gently before it will hit the switch and hold it in the 'on' positon. So there, the manufacturer (who is the seller) should know about this.
