I bought a pair of unusable white pants with blue ink all down the front. The seller was willing to refund the cost of the item, once I shipped them back. That action would result in a greater loss to me after the added shipping cost. The pants cannot be worn or resold, they cannot even be be cut down to shorts due to the location of the stains. The seller's photos and description did not mention the ink
