This may be advertised as a "US region" console but it is in fact not that, or, it originally wasn't. The seller changed its software region through means of modding. You can tell by the serial number and the version of your 3ds, you can also just check if it's modded yourself and sure enough it was modded on arrival. This means you CANNOT access the Eshop to download updates or access YOUR games, dlc, of any sort. Other than that, it looks brand new, too bad you can't use it without modding lol

3ds arrived in perfect condition with new screens, case, stylus, and 128 micro SD. Buttons work. Only complaint is that it came pre-installed with Luma3ds which I would have liked to do myself, but through some reading I was able to update and install other packages. Other than that no complaints 👌. Very happy.
