Never posted that it doesn’t work all he said was it comes on and off but he has pictures of it working so it cost me a lot of money for nothing so before you buy something make sure it works because the add said it work I will never buy from him just be careful before you purchase anything i even showed him his add where it said used but works and he just brushed me off he got his money and I got a very expensive paper wait

The listing TITLE states "turns off" The listing description states: "This turns on and then turns off. This is sold as is for parts. It doesn't work properly!" That is a quote from the description. The buyer did not read the title or description and demanded a refund. The buyer was reported to Ebay for demanding something that wasn't offered.
