Sent the wrong item, now I have to print label and go to the post-office. What an inconvenience. I ordered the serum concentrate and seller sent the moisturizer. How can you make this mistake as a seller, also seller tried to do partial refund for me to keep the item, I have the entire Lamer collection, to be honest packaging is different from the one I got from Nordstrom Lamer Boutique. I dare not to open the item to compare. I contacted seller prior to writing the review.

This knife was unfortunately counterfeit; seller gave me my money back after I blocked the transaction from my bank so in the end it was a semi positive experience. My return request was rejected at first with the explanation that e-bay did it.. so I am therefore only giving one star.
