After multiple attempts to get the correct version of software and work out issues with programming, the seller was no help. I can not program the radio as needed with the software that was sent. They sent the same thing again after I told them about it. Then they tell me that my computer is the problem. I have chirp, ICOM programming software and a couple others that have no issues at all.
