Кукла нп фото выглядит очень хорошл но то что я получила совсем несоответствует фото корпус клейкий вымыть невозможножно кукла грязная ужас,ресницы отклеелись половину руки выпадает .Я непонимаю-неужели нестыдно продавцу за такие деньги продавать куклу,я бы такому продацу запретила в таком состоянии игрушки пиодавать.....

Die Puppe wurde vor Versand genau geprüft und war in Ordnung. Das der Ersatzarm nicht richtig hält, dafür kann ich nichts. Sie können gerne vom Kauf zurücktreten und mir die Puppe zurückschicken, dann erhalten Sie den Verkaufspreis zurück.
