This lens is a gem. It is sharp wide open. It lacks a little contrast and corner sharpness at f2 and has vignetting, but I've seen worse on more expensive lenses. The range focus seems accurate, a great lense for street photography. With a full frame equivalent of 37.5mm on most aps-c cameras (40mm on Canon) it's not too wide and not too close. Great general purpose lense. For the cost, if you're happy with a fully manual lense, it's a bargain!!
