First off, I really love it! So amazing to find a watermelon tourmaline with good color separation at such a reasonable price. On the pastel side, but good clarity and a bit of sparkle for a rough-cut stone. Clean design of the silver pendant shows off the rough stone perfectly.
Secondly, wonderful seller! Answered my questions promptly. and shipped the pendant quickly. Then USPS parked the package en route for a week! The seller worked with me and USPS to get the package moving again.
