So i paid top dollar as it "was in stock in australia", it took them 9 days before it was actually posted,(thats from the seller to the post office) and this only occurred because of multiple emails to the seller.All manner of excuses and etc when i asked to cancel order due to not being sent.
The thing is, if the ad said "sent from china" then fair enough, but to pay top price and wait weeks by the time it was actually delivered is another.As for the item, plastic case is flimsy at best

It has nothing to do with choosing a express service, your company claimed it had been posted and could not refund, and tracking shows quite clearly that you provided a tracking number only, and did not get it to the post office until 9 days later, ie so australia post recieved item from seller after 9 days from seller providing a tracking number.Again i wouldnt mind if i purchased a discounted one and had to wait, but this was supposed to be in Australia and i paid a higher price
