Seller notes state, NEW CONDITION, WORKS GREAT, it's lucky to work at all. One arm won't lock in place when you retract it, and the top half of the robot does not turn side to side either. When you push the two buttons at the front , it will only talk some times, but not much. It sounds like something is broken inside the robot when you move it around. So they only showed you a picture of the robot in the box, not any pictures outside the box, because then you could enlarge them and see it.
