I even talked and typed my questions to your automated assistant. I was twice disconnected. I gave up. Today, I tried again to ask for a refund. I was advised that I'd be getting further instructions on how to refund. I'm not happy with product received, service, or the price of the regular tea sent; I can pay half the price for it here.
