    thank you - the lip snapping off means that during initial installation spacers were NOT SITTING FLUSH on the wheel hub surface and then Spacer Lip was forced OUT but your cars hub lip during bolt tightening. To avoid this on your hub you need to go to 17mm or 20mm (the thicker the spacer the deeper its inner cavity is bored. Thank you and hope this helps.
