While the product itself was great, the couriers service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the courier decided to leave the parcel in the rain, exposing it to potential damage. Moreover, the courier falsely reported that I had personally received the delivery, when , in fact, I was not home at the time. This claim was easily disproved by my video doorbell footage, which captured the courier taking a photo and walking away without attempting to ensure a secure proper delivery.
