Instead of helping me getting the package stuck in custom due to poor paperwork and description needed, she reports me to eBay, then ignores my requests to help me get the package. Took 2weeks, many emails, end up paying for taxes and shipping that was her duty as a seller. 1h trip to FedEx myself, running in circles. But she got her money I got nothing! Greedy seller! Focus on customer service instead of reporting people asking for help!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!
