To make matters worse, USPS lost the package for a few days. I stayed in communication, responded to every message promptly, and did what I could to make it right. In the end, a full refund was issued. I'm truly sorry this didn't go smoothly. I care deeply about my customers and have already made improvements to avoid future issues.

Then i saw the "Super 8" and decided to go big! Let me just say this is a wonderfully machined piece and i know it will not disappoint. I'm very impressed and I can't wait to try it!
