I asked Cyrus Rugs before buying to ask if there were any defects or repairs needed on the rug as I did not want to go through the hassle of getting it repaired. The response was "the rug is perfect and needs no repairs." Upon arrival 37 inches of fringe on 1 side were very worn and highly variable in length. The length of the fringes on both sides of the rug also did not match. The seller was rude and refused to offer any payment to repair fringes.
