Hi this is completely false information, you ordered the item and failed to read the delivery time. Then want a refund and ebay take 5 days to process!

Had to go via PayPal to get a refund. Hadn't replied to any emails after 5 calendar days, although contacted twice. Since PayPal refunded, 24 hours later now saying sent (on a bank holiday no less). Check other feedback. There are other sellers out there that don't play 'games '.
