Item not as described, received laptop with defective screen. This will be a costly repair. Far, far from “pRiStInE”. Seller sent one unhelpful message then stopped responding, terrible experience. Avoid.

The notebook was in impeccable condition when shipped and had never undergone servicing. It's evident that the customer tampered with the screen, as all the plastic grommets were removed. Despite showing pictures before shipping and after, the customer insisted they hadn't opened the screen, claiming a shadow appeared that wasn't there before. If it weren't for the clear signs of tampering by the customer, I would have accepted the return and issued a full refund.
