Fast delivery, good communication and well packaged. Seller provided great service for delivering this top of the line MET cycling helmet. Have tested it on four rides and I am doing a century ride tomorrow in what may be 90+ degree midwest heat. Previously, I have used Giro helmets exclusively but this helmet is much lighter
