i messaged the seller asking for cancellation of the product due to medical reasons and received no message nor update about the item going forward , instead they ignored my message and went though with the purchase despite the distress it caused , a simple acknowledgement was all that was need if cancellation wasn't an available option instead i was ghosted. i wont be buying anything from this seller again as they have proven to be devious in nature

Your first message was followed by a second message stating if the item was already in production and too late to cancel that was fine. The item was already enroute to the USPS facility with a paid label attached when you messaged in. We were attempting to contact our shipping person upon seeing your second message stating if it was too late that would be ok. Apologies no one sent you an actual reply. The way it was worded didn't seem to warrant a reply needed as you laid out two options.
