      THE ENGINE IS DONE AND FINNISHED TOTAL LOSS. THE TOP COMP RING WAS WRONG THE 2ND RING WAS RIGHT THE 3RD RING WAS RIGHT BUT THE OIL RING BAND WAS TOO NARROW BUT OIL RING WAS RIGHT. THE TOP WAS SOMWHAT TIGHT TO INSERT INTO BLOCK. I PUT A LOT IN THIS ENGINE FOR A NEIGHBOR AND IT FAILD OIL AND CARBON BUILD UP. IVE DONE THIS WORK THROUGH WEARS OF TRAINING. AT TIMES PARTS CAN ACC GET MIXED UP WITHOUT THE SEALED PACK.
