strike 1: $600 product was listed as new - It was used.
strike 2: Paid 42 bucks for priority mail, seller shipped ground at half the cost
strike 3: Drone was never tested before listing, all batteries were DOA and drone could not even be powered on.
Credit to seller for partial refund on shipping (only after I asked for it), and responding quickly for refund, but this transaction overall was a negative experience and ate up a lot of my time. For a $600 purchase, I expected more.

Not all of the items in the picture arrived with the first delivery. I contacted the seller, and the remaining items were shipped at no additional cost to me. The seller did send me two small bonus items for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. It would have been nice if there had been a more clear inventory of what I was getting on the front end, however.
