    What?? You sent us a pic of your plate, was identical to the one you purchased. But we still offered you a refund if you sent it back. You never sent it back so we didn't supply a refund. This is both the absolute opposite of what you just stated. I really wish I could post a screen shot of our back and forth convos so everyone could see how this is so incorrect. We did absolutely more than we had to do for this transaction. I really wish eBay would stand up for stuff like this!!!

    Everything up to the delivery was great, the tag was packaged correctly and secure, but for some reason the tag was bent in the middle, I was able to pretty much straighten it up. I ordered the tag for my girlfriends Lexus, she probably won’t notice it after I put it on, but I’ll know it’s there☹️. Thanks!
