Watch as described, delivery went a bit awry (delivery person marked it as delivered but actually hadn’t been, ended up arriving a few days later). I missed the return window (I thought it was 30 days not 14, my fault). A few days after the return window I contacted the seller to ask whether they might consider a return despite being a bit past the window (watch wasn’t quite what my husband was looking for) and I got no response. Wouldn’t recommend from a human decency/communication standpoint.
