    I fixed the lens motor zoom but didn't expect "lens error" to mean "lenses cleaned with sandpaper" so the ar coating has been rubbed off and the lenses are scratched. The primary reason I bought it was to replace the battery box on mine, but this one has broken latches for the battery box door, just like mine, so there aren't even any parts I can salvage.

Shows it closed and latched in picture. Not sure what you were expecting for a $20 camera being sold 'As Is', 'For parts or not working'?
