The product (a spyglass in a display box) came in great condition. They were very careful and thoughtful while packaging. Padding was put in the box to prevent damage to it or the spyglass, then bubble wrap was used around it before being put into a shipping box, which was then also bubble wrapped and completely taped over. They warned in the listing there might be slight damage to the display box, but I never found any. Most respectable and trustworthy seller I've interacted with yet.
