Beautiful rug. Arrived within allotted time. Shipping was expensive. Sellers removed rug from backing for easier shipping (per sales agreement and agreed upon pricing). I misread part of their original post. They clarified that. Further communication was difficult, resulting in 2x refunds to my Paypal account before we finally concluded the sale.

refunds due to ebay charges & multiple changes requested by buyer. we responded promptly to all of buyers requests. we patiently responded to multiple messages a day, and demands for telephone calls. shipping charge included handling, which required removing the rug from professional framing. buyer agreed to shipping cost. buyer confirms this above, yet left neutral instead of positive feedback. what more could we have done to earn positive feedback from this buyer?
