It came with neither I had to take the clips off the old bezel, it was so brittle that everyone broke off the plastic. so I had to spend a lot of time removing the small pieces of broken plastic out of the old clips. Just let purchasers know that they are not included, that way they can be prepared. Other than that the product was exactly what I needed at a good quality,
