Do not Purchase from this seller! I bought a Beautiful Lamp from them that said no cracks, or flaws, but when the lamp came it had cracks and imperfections, that I took Pictures of and showed them, yet nothing was offered to make up for this! To me this is not a good Person to do business with! Something should have been offered to make up for this, any reputable company would have.

Buyer was given a return label that I purchased to return the lamp. They would have received a full refund but were told that they did have to return the lamp. Customer service also told them to return the lamp. They demanded to keep the lamp and get their money back. Ebay does not work that way.
