Many of my BUY IT NOW listings are YEARS old and the prectical reality is that sometimes items get misplaced/lost over time. I apologetically refunded and offered him a discount should the books turn up. Next day buyer left FEEDBACK claiming I was some sort of "scammer" which is 100% illogical. Upon requesting revision he deleted his fraudulent comments and left this revised histrionic blather.
