Commentaire à l'image de celui qui le publie, c'est à dire injustifié car d'une part il a reçu son colis mais élucubre des motifs douteux pour recevoir un remboursement de 3€49, navrant. Pour l'heure aucune décision n'a été prise dans le sens d'un non-remboursement, ni à l'écrit ni factuellement. A noter le comportement vindicatif voire insultant du client qui ne doit pas apprécier le fait qu'on puisse lire clairement dans son jeu. Avec l'expérience c'est plutôt simple.
