Disappointed when it came, if I had known it was that scbba material (which will bobble) I wouldn’t have bought it, it was not worth the price. Ah well you win some you lose some, and this diffo was a lose.

It is a real shame that you did not contact me before your feedback. I like to keep the customers happy however you didn't give me that opportunity. When I messaged you about returning the item you chose not to and instead you did comment to me this regarding the feedback: “So if you would refund some of the money, I can change it”. I feel the feedback you left was not because I was not communicative but that fact you did not like the item itself and you did not communicate before the sale.
