It was a harrowing experience processing a return and refund for an item damaged in shipping. It should have been quick and painless for us both, but the seller drew the precess out on generating the return label until the last twelve hour window and then waited for the maximum day count upon receipt of the returned broken item to credit back the funds and finalize the return. I don't write negative feedback or cautions often, but I am here. Also I had to go through eBay CS twice on this return.

This buyer did not realize that the seller was allowed to wait for the damaged item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. The buyer further added to the delay by requesting that e-bay send him a return shipping label instead of shipping the item back on his own expense for a quicker resolution to the damage claim refund.The buyer never indicated to the seller that he was expecting a fast refund nor did he indicate to the seller that he was upset about the seller's slow service.
