Good: it does charge my 2015 Tesla Model S 85 from 16% to 80 in about 4.5hrs (240 circuit, 40A with a 50A breaker), Support easy to reach, 50/50 understanding who

Software doesn't detect current battery level, so you either have to set the starting % every time you charge your EV or accept that the error message you will get from the Juicebox is irrelevant. I am totally disappointed with the software, and solely for that reason, I would never recommend this product to anyone
