I bought a sound bar, when I opened the box I was sent a generic remote for the wrong sound bar. I reached out to the seller with no response. So I was forced to purchase a second remote from another seller just to use the product. They listed remote as an an included item I expect that it’s the right remote not some random remote that was just lying around. If you make a purchase here expect to have to spend more money to get the items to actually work
