Excellent dealer with whom I have dealt with numerous times and NEVER have been disappointed with the quality of the covers and the speed and care the covers have been shipped. This particular cover was from a Wisconsin soldier who emerged unharmed from the battle of Antietam. His regiment was stationed at Hagerstown after the battle to guard against incursions by JEB Stuart’s Cavalry, where this cover was mailed. I rate this dealer with five stars!!!
