The item arrived very very late - after my travel to both the US and Canada was completed. In essence, I no longer required it, and I now have to arrange to have it returned to the seller. Item was shipped on time by the seller though, but there was obviously an issue shipment. I called the courier company to follow up, and still did not receive the item when I needed it. I can therefore only rate shipping cost and shipping time. Did not have to communicate with the seller. did not see sim
