Both are 1" thick CeraBlanket 2400°F with a 3200°F melt point and both have the highest tensile strength of all the Morgan Thermal Ceramics ceramic fiber blankets for high handling strength, meeting a wide range of hot face and back-up insulation applications in furnaces, kilns, and other equipment requiring high temp heat containment. Cerablanket is produced from exceptionally pure oxides of alumina and silica and has been optimized for high handling strength as a result of quality, spun fibers optimized in the spinning process. At an average temperature rating of 2400°F, Cerablanket has a higher temperature grade than Kaowool or Kaowool RT at 2300°F. Cerablanket Refractory Fiber Blanket is Custom Cut to your specifications from a larger spool and then carefully packaged for FAST delivery.”
