I tried to contact the seller before it was shipped and tell them I had already received it not to ship again. They ship and charge me again and when I requested a refund and to return they denied my return I am very unhappy with my service and ebay informed me to try to work it out with the seller and they denied so now what is my options I have 2 of the same items and dont need it. Will not purchase from them again

We do not accept returns on custom item like this as we can not sell to anyone else with your name on it. As for double charging you we do not charge you at all you pay ebay/payal for the item and they pay me so I am unsure how I can double charge you.
