Seller was prompt in communication and in providing information prior to purchase. However, when items arrived they were not as described or pictured, and damaged. The seller did not respond adequately getting aggressive and accusatory when issues were raised. We had to resolve our issue with eBay directly. It’s unfortunate as they could‘ve been damaged in transit (albeit they weren’t packaged the best) but the seller was unwilling to even explore that and immediately accusing us of damaging.

I am pretty disappointed that I sent you two messages and you failed to reply. When I asked you to let me know how much it would cost to have my items shipped back. I would have gladly send the money to you to do so I do this on a part-time basis being in a wheelchair, it subsidizes my income. I tried my best to accommodate you now you have your money back plus my items. I hope you will find it in your heart to allow me to send you the money so I can obtain my items back. Thank you.
